Warranty Statement

Product: C610 and C650 modems

1 – Multitracklive (Multiband Antennas Limited) offer a 12 month non-consequential damage, back to base, manufacturer’s guarantee that the product has been supplied fully operational & tested in terms of parts, network connection and software.

2 – The manufacturer – Infranet Technologies in Germany – upon receipt of the faulty units, will decide whether the malfunction is warrantable and whether a repair is possible.

3 – If the malfunction is non-warrantable but repairable, the manufacturer will advise as to the cost of that repair and the customer must decide if they will cover the cost of the repair.

4 – If the malfunction is warrantable but irrepairable, the modem will be replaced.

5 – If the malfunction is warrantable and repairable, the manufacturer will decide whether to replace or repair.

6 - Examples of non-warrantable items include applying excessive voltage to the modem , clear force exerted on the Tyco terminal blocks and scratches on the casing.
